Putting them on...
STEP 1: Thoroughly wash and dry your hands.
STEP 2: Rinse your lens with solution to remove any dirt or debris.
STEP 3: Place the lens on the tip of your index finger and use your other hand to hold your upper eyelid so you don’t blink – make sure it’s not inside out!
STEP 4: Pull down your lower eyelid with the other fingers of the hand applying the lens.
STEP 5: Look up and gently place the lens on the lower part of your eye. Release your eyelid, close your eye, and blink several times to center the lens.
Taking them off...
STEP 1: Thoroughly wash and dry your hands.
STEP 2: Look up and pull down your lower eye lid.
STEP 3: Place your index finger on the lower edge of the lens on your eye.
STEP 4: Slide the lens down to the lower white part of your eye.
STEP 5: Gently pick up the lens between your thumb and index finger to remove it.
STEP 6: Repeat on other eye.
